Chadwick Nott are instructed on a superb opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm in their thriving Construction and Infrastructure practice. They are looking to recruit a Senior Associate with 5-8+ years PQE to lead high-profile disputes across the construction sector in their Bristol office.
You will handle complex, multi-faceted cases involving:
- Payment claims, delays, and defects
- Professional negligence
- Contract management and dispute avoidance
- Adjudication, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other ADR processes
Play a key role in reported cases and collaborate across departments. The team advises a broad client base from global funders and developers to local authorities and household names across energy, housing, retail, infrastructure, and waste. The work is diverse, challenging, and meaningful.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a confident litigator with solid experience in leading construction-related disputes. Strong technical expertise and understanding of JCT and NEC contracts as well as adjudications is essential.
