This is an exciting opportunity for a junior construction solicitor to join a large, leading construction team who span Bristol and London. The successful construction solicitor will be joining the Bristol office on a hybrid basis. This leading, top tier professional indemnity team are looking for a solicitor to focus on construction indemnity matters on behalf of the insured. Working on a high value caseload of claims against construction professionals acting for the defendant. Matters include pre and post litigation - you will be providing advice and adjudication, arbitration, risk management and coverage. Deliver a high level of client care - producing work to a high quality and timely standard. 1-4 PQE in construction litigation. If this has been as part of your training contract or since qualifying, we want to hear from you! Experience of insurance litigation is desirable but not essential. Please still apply if your construction experience has been a part of a wider litigation caseload. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
