This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced partner, gaining early client exposure and high-quality work across a diverse range of development projects. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload involving commercial development, residential schemes, and emerging clean energy projects, acting for developers, contractors, consultants, and funders.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts, alongside bespoke construction documentation
- Advising on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and project security documents
- Supporting real estate transactions and collaborating with wider legal teams
- Assisting with construction-related dispute matters where required
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE with strong non-contentious construction experience. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential for success in this role.
