This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and ambitious team.

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Asset management matters
  • Telecommunications property transactions
  • Negotiating and drafting a variety of property-related agreements
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Supporting business development, networking and profile-raising initiatives
  • Mentoring and developing junior lawyers and trainees

This role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, providing excellent opportunities to further develop your technical expertise, commercial awareness and client relationship skills. Please note that development and energy work is undertaken by specialist teams, allowing this team to focus on general commercial property and asset management matters.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Experience managing transactions independently
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • A commercial and client-focused approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to become a trusted adviser
  • Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • An interest in business development and contributing to the growth of the practice
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members (particularly at Senior Associate or Managing Associate level)

Candidates will be considered at Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate level depending on experience.
