An exceptional opportunity to join a Top 50 UK law firm and leading Bristol-based practice, highly ranked in the Legal 500, within its award-winning Banking & Finance team. This Tier 1 team advises on a broad range of high-quality domestic and cross-border transactions, acting for lenders, sponsors, borrowers and public sector bodies.
You will take ownership of matters from inception through to completion, working across a full spectrum of non-contentious banking work including real estate finance, project and infrastructure finance, corporate and acquisition finance, fund finance, asset-based lending and derivatives. The client base is second to none, including major banks, financial institutions, funds and international corporates across key sectors such as energy & infrastructure, real estate and financial services.
This is a role offering early responsibility, high-profile exposure and the chance to work alongside a collaborative and ambitious team.
Candidate Requirements- Around 3+ years' PQE in banking & finance from a well-regarded firm
- Strong experience across banking transactions and lending structures
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with excellent technical ability
- The confidence to manage transactions and build client relationships
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
