An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Litigation team as an Associate Supervisor within the busy Contract Disputes department. This is a chance to combine hands-on casework with leadership responsibilities, working in a supportive environment that values quality, efficiency, and career development.
The Role
- Provide technical supervision to a small team, ensuring high standards of case handling.
- Manage a limited caseload of consumer and commercial contract disputes (Fast and Intermediate Track).
- Assess prospects of success, advise clients, and act for both claimants and defendants.
- Negotiate settlements and litigate claims through the Civil Courts.
About You
- A strong background in Contract Law and solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.
- Experience running Fast Track cases.
- Previous supervisory or people management experience.
- Excellent communication skills remaining clear, empathetic, and client-focused.
- Confidence in mentoring and training junior colleagues.
