A well established residential property practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate (4+ PQE) to join its Bristol office as the senior fee earner. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a visible, influential role with clear progression into team leadership.
The Role
- You'll work closely with a regional Director and lead a small team of conveyancers and support staff.
- Work will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
- Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
- Lease extensions, refinancing and transfer of equity
- Supervising, coaching and developing junior team members
- Building relationships with key introducers
- Contributing to business development and team growth
- You'll be the most senior fee earner in the Bristol office, with autonomy to shape the team's development and market presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
- 4+ years' PQE in residential property
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues
- Confidence working independently as the senior fee earner
- Ambition to progress into a leadership role
Working Model
- Hybrid working: 2 days from home
- Office presence important initially
- 9 day fortnight available after probation
- Full time contracted hours: 35 per week
