A well established residential property practice is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate (4+ PQE) to join its Bristol office as the senior fee earner. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a visible, influential role with clear progression into team leadership.

The Role

  • You'll work closely with a regional Director and lead a small team of conveyancers and support staff.
  • Work will include:
    • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
    • Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases
    • Lease extensions, refinancing and transfer of equity
    • Supervising, coaching and developing junior team members
    • Building relationships with key introducers
    • Contributing to business development and team growth
  • You'll be the most senior fee earner in the Bristol office, with autonomy to shape the team's development and market presence.

Candidate Requirements

  • Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer
  • 4+ years' PQE in residential property
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior colleagues
  • Confidence working independently as the senior fee earner
  • Ambition to progress into a leadership role

Working Model

  • Hybrid working: 2 days from home
  • Office presence important initially
  • 9 day fortnight available after probation
  • Full time contracted hours: 35 per week
