A leading national law firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) to join its General Liability Insurance team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established client base of market-leading liability insurers, handling a broad range of personal injury and regulatory matters.
The Role
- Fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims
- Health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and inquests
- Product regulation and liability matters
- Advising on coverage and legal strategy
- Delivering high-quality, timely client service aligned with SLAs
- Contributing to process improvement and team development
- Attending client events and meetings, primarily in London
- Supporting business development and client initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- NQ-4 years PQE or equivalent experience in personal injury litigation
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and claims handling
- Interest or experience in product law and health & safety regulation
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial solutions
- Commitment to business development and practice growth
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
