The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, specialist expertise and commitment to innovation, and is seeking an experienced Property Litigation lawyer to join its highly regarded Charities team in Bristol.

The Role This is an excellent opportunity to develop a specialist practice within the charity sector, acting for a broad range of charitable and not-for-profit organisations on complex property disputes.

Advise charity and not-for-profit clients on a wide variety of contentious property matters.

Handle disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, rent reviews, boundaries and access rights.

Manage matters involving adverse possession, trespass, possession proceedings and third-party property interests.

Work alongside specialists across property, private wealth and charity law to provide joined-up, strategic advice.

Play an active role in client relationship management, networking and business development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in Property Litigation.

Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer with the confidence to manage complex matters independently.

Strong technical expertise coupled with a commercial and pragmatic approach.

Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.

Interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector, with previous sector experience welcomed but not essential.

A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing specialist practice.
