A leading national firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, complex property litigation matters within a collaborative, progressive and market leading environment.

The Role

  • You'll work within a specialist Real Estate Disputes team, advising on a broad range of commercial and high value residential property matters.
  • Your work will include:
    • Advising on pre action strategy, risk and asset management
    • Handling commercial and residential property disputes
    • Managing mediation, arbitration and litigation processes
    • Working closely with real estate, planning and other non contentious teams
    • Supporting major institutional clients, banks, investment companies and high net worth individuals
    • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
    • Contributing to team projects and cross departmental collaboration

You'll gain hands on experience across a wide mix of clients, sectors and dispute types, building a strong and versatile skillset within a dynamic, high quality practice.

Candidate Requirements

  • This role is suited to a solicitor with:
    • 1-4 years' PQE in real estate disputes or commercial property litigation
    • Strong experience advising on commercial and/or high value residential property matters
    • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
    • The ability to manage a varied and complex workload
    • A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
    • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with major clients
    • Qualification as an SRA registered solicitor
    • Exposure to the built environment sector is advantageous but not essential.
