Location: Bristol. Type of role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available). Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (depending on PQE and experience).
The Role
- You’ll work as part of a collaborative, high performing team advising sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies across a broad range of ENRI matters.
- Your work will include:
- Project Finance – advising lenders, sponsors and developers on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects
- Corporate Transactions – supporting M&A, joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sector
- Project Documentation – drafting and negotiating key project agreements across the full project lifecycle
- Supporting complex cross border matters and working closely with colleagues across the firm’s international network
- Contributing to the delivery of strategic, commercially focused advice across conventional and renewable power, infrastructure, natural resources, digital assets and more

Candidate Requirements
- 0-3 years’ PQE
- Experience in one or more of the following: project finance, project development, corporate transactions, commercial contracts
- A genuine interest in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors
- Strong technical drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ability to understand client objectives and deliver practical, solutions focused advice
- Qualification as an SRA registered solicitor
