This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market leading partners on high quality UK and international transactions, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex and strategically important corporate work from day one.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising on a varied mix of domestic and cross border corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitionsPrivate equity transactionsVenture capital investmentsGroup restructurings and reorganisationsCorporate governance and general advisoryTransactions across key sectors including Tech and Health & Social CareYou will work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple offices, collaborating with a wider national corporate team of almost 40 specialists.
