Our highly regarded regional client is seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate to join their dynamic Litigation team, specialising in agricultural and landowner disputes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients in a nationally recognised Agriculture & Land division, ranked top-tier by leading legal directories.

You'll be part of a collaborative and friendly team, handling a diverse caseload that includes:

  • Property disputes (e.g. rights of way, boundaries)
  • Farm partnership disagreements
  • Inheritance conflicts involving agricultural estates
  • Contractual and negligence claims

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years PQE, ideally in property or agricultural litigation
  • Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
  • Sharp legal insight and technical expertise
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A client-first mindset and meticulous attention to detail

Your base can be Bristol or Bath, with potential flexibility for other regional offices. Flexible hybrid working is available.
