Senior Solicitor - Commercial Property - Bridgwater - 5+ Years' PQE

Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 plus KPI linked bonus
A respected South West law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its expanding team in Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied client base, including agricultural businesses, commercial landlords and developers, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Leasehold matters and landlord & tenant work
- Development projects and associated documentation
- Providing clear, pragmatic advice throughout transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Developing your own client base through networking and business development
- Working autonomously while contributing to the wider team
This role offers excellent exposure to diverse work and strong opportunities for progression.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Experience or interest in agricultural property (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach
- Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
- Ambition and enthusiasm for working within a small, growing team
