The role
- Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Acquisitions and disposals of offices, retail units, industrial sites, and mixed-use developments
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues: lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, subletting
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and fellow solicitors to ensure seamless transactions
Candidate requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
- Solid background in commercial property law and transactional work
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills
