We are instructed by a well established and growing South Wales practice to assist with the recruitment of a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy Bridgend office.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold and unregistered), remortgages, new build work, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
- Supervise a small team of legal assistants.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with experience of managing your own caseload in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of SRA/CLC regulatory requirements; ability to make confident decisions and deliver clear, supportive communication to clients.
- Experience with new build and shared ownership matters will be particularly useful.
