The team advises individuals and families on complex personal affairs and collaborates closely with other specialist teams, including Property, to deliver seamless client service.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising on a broad range of private client matters, including: Providing expert legal advice to existing clients while developing your own client baseManaging complex cases appropriate to your level of experienceDrafting and executing all types of WillsAdvising on probate matters, including administration of complex estatesAdvising high net worth clients on tax and lifetime planningCreating and administering trustsDrafting and registering Lasting Powers of AttorneyAssisting with the registration of Enduring Powers of AttorneyOffering practical solutions to defuse conflict and resolve matters through negotiation, mediation or ADRDelivering outstanding client care and maintaining the firm's high professional standardsReporting concerns to the Head of Department where appropriateSupporting marketing, networking and business development initiativesManaging files in accordance with SRA requirements, Law Society protocols, firm procedures and LEXCEL standardsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with:
