The Role

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Insolvency related litigation
  • Supporting partners on complex or high value matters
  • Preparing pleadings, correspondence, and evidence for court and ADR
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
