A growing regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Partner or Senior Associate (8+ years PQE) to join its expanding Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a thriving practice within an employee-owned, award-winning firm.
The Role
- You will manage and grow a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including:
- High-value sales and purchases
- Leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions
- Complex and high-net-worth residential matters
- Team leadership and mentoring

Candidate Requirements
- 8+ years PQE in Residential Property
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
