An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their busy and successful property team in Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post‑completion
- Handling a broad range of residential property matters with minimal supervision
- Delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction process
- Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members and support staff
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
- Actively supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE in Residential Property
- Strong technical knowledge and technical expertise in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience managing your own caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)
