The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and established Residential Property team.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion, advising a diverse client base on a range of residential property transactions. The role offers significant autonomy and would suit an experienced conveyancer who enjoys managing matters independently while playing a key role within a supportive team.

Your work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityNew build transactionsShared ownership mattersHigh-value and complex residential property transactionsManaging files from initial instruction through to completion and registrationProviding excellent client care throughout the transaction processSupporting and mentoring junior members of the teamBuilding and maintaining strong referrer and client relationshipsParticipating in networking, marketing and business development activitiesCandidate RequirementsApplications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced fee earners with substantial residential conveyancing expertise.

You will ideally have: Around 10 years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experienceA strong track record of independently managing a busy caseloadExcellent technical knowledge across residential property mattersExperience handling more complex and high-value transactionsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and client relationship skillsThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider teamExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleaguesWhy Join?
