A respected regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established and growing Property Litigation team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of property disputes, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary disputes and rights of way issues
- Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and possession claims
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in property litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and client care skills
