Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) - Bournemouth

A leading Legal 500-recognised regional law firm with a strong reputation across the South Coast is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well‑established Bournemouth team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy and highly regarded practice, working with an impressive client base that includes developers, investors, lenders and business occupiers.

The Role

You will join a collaborative and fast‑paced team, taking on a varied caseload of commercial property work while building strong, lasting client relationships. Your work will include advising on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, acting for developers and investors on a range of transactions, and supporting both lenders and borrowers on secured lending and property‑backed deals.

In addition, you will handle a broad mix of landlord and tenant work, including drafting and negotiating leases, renewals, licences and assignments. There will be opportunities to support specialist transactions involving pension schemes such as SIPPs and SASSs, allowing further niche expertise development.

As part of a growing team, you will be encouraged to play an active role in client relationship management and business development, contributing to the continued success and reputation of the practice.

  • Proven ability to manage a range of property transactions with confidence
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management

Experience in development or investment work would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Join?
