Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm, currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Corporate team. Based in the Bournemouth office, this is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one.

  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
  • Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on larger transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivering commercially focused legal advice
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
  • Enhancing the firm's profile across the South Coast and beyond

Candidate Requirements

  • 4-6 years' PQE in corporate law
  • A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
  • Proven business development experience
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • An existing network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
