A well regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Corporate Team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, complex transactions from day one, with exposure to a diverse client base including local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.
The Role
- Managing a varied and high quality caseload of corporate matters, including:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate restructuring
- Joint ventures and shareholder agreements
Candidate Requirements
- 4-6 years’ post qualification experience in corporate law
- Strong technical knowledge and a solid academic background
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development capability and confidence in generating new work
- An established network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
