Well established Midlands firm has a vacancy for a Residential Conveyancer. The role will be based just outside Birmingham and you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion
  • Dealing with sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
