My client is a well-respected boutique Private Client firm experiencing continued growth due to the strength of its departments and their excellent reputation across the UK. This ongoing success has led to team expansion and they are now looking for an associate and senior associate.
The work is varied and covers all elements of private client matters including wills, LPA's, probate, estate and tax planning, trust creation and more. You will benefit from excellent training and the chance to work closely with experienced seniors on various complex and bespoke matters.
This position offers hands-on mentoring, market-leading work as the firm continues to expand, enabling you to cement your place in a strong team with great prospects for career progression and development.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working directly with individuals, their family and support networks.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied private client workload including wills, LPA's, probate, estate and tax planning, trust creation and related matters.
- Work closely with experienced solicitors on complex and bespoke matters.
- Provide hands-on mentoring and contribute to the training and development within the team where applicable.
Qualifications
- Experience level: PQE 2-10+ years (as appropriate for the associate/senior associate role).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients, families and support networks.
