ResponsibilitiesYou will manage a privately funded family caseload and advise clients on: Divorce and dissolution of civil partnershipsFinancesHigh-net-worth financial settlementsProperty and asset divisionPension sharing arrangementsCohabitation disputesSeparation agreementsPre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsIn addition you will build and maintain strong client relationships and develop referral relationships with professional contacts, including financial advisers, accountants and other introducers.
