The team deal exclusively with serious injury claims sustained abroad, or foreign residents who are injured whilst visiting the UK.ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of serious injury and catastrophic injury claims including employers' liability, package holiday, aviation, cruise, RTA, clinical negligence and public liability mattersAttend Court hearings and conferences with experts and/or counselConduct legal research, draft legal documentation, and prepare cases for court proceedingsNegotiate settlements and liaise with insurers, medical experts, and other third partiesSupport clients through the claims process, providing clear advice and empathetic guidanceAbout youQualified solicitor with 1-6 years PQE in serious injury claims (claimant or defendant)Experience in travel litigation/cross border claims is desirable but not essential, as training and supervision will be providedA compassionate and empathetic approachAn appetite for business development, with the ability to build successful relationships with a wide range of professionalsThis is an exciting opportunity to work in an experienced and highly collaborative team.
