An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced contentious probate solicitor to join a growing litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including will validity challenges, 1975 Act claims, executor and trustee disputes, estate administration issues, and, where relevant, Court of Protection matters. They will work collaboratively with Private Client and Dispute Resolution colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
You will need to be a Solicitor or CILEX qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE in contentious probate, capable and confident at handling sensitive, high value matters and advising high net worth clients. Strong organisation, a pragmatic approach, and excellent client care are essential. ACTAPS membership (or progress towards it) is desirable.
