The team is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 and has a strong presence across the Southwest, with active involvement in Resolution at both regional and national levels.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of privately funded family matters, including: Financial remedy workPrivate children mattersAdvising unmarried couplesRunning your own busy caseload with support from the wider teamSupervising and developing junior lawyersPicking up existing casefiles and helping build the Bath family offeringPlanning and delivering targeted business development activitiesYou will work closely with a Partner in the team, with clear opportunities for progression and a genuine pathway to Partnership in the short term future. You will also collaborate with fee earners across other offices.
