A leading UK law firm is seeking a Residential Property lawyer to join their Bath office at a time of significant growth. Following another year of exceptional performance, the team is expanding and looking for someone who wants to be part of that momentum.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the largest and best established Residential Property teams in the city, handling a broad mix of conveyancing matters ranging from first time buyers to high value and complex transactions. You will benefit from the support of a sizeable, high performing department while enjoying autonomy over your own varied caseload.
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the wider Residential Property group gaining exposure to both urban and rural property matters thanks to the teamβs close collaboration with the Agricultural Property department.
