The RoleYou will join a busy and dedicated team, managing an existing client base while also supporting business development activity across the Bath and Bristol region. This is a varied and rewarding role with exposure to high value and complex matters, including: Providing tax and estate planning advice to a broad range of clients, including HNW and UHNW individualsAdvising farmers, landowners and business owners on succession planningManaging complex probate and estate administration mattersAdvising on the creation, restructuring and winding up of trustsHandling Enduring and Lasting Powers of AttorneyAdvising on Court of Protection mattersWorking closely with Partners and colleagues across multiple officesThis role can be based in Bath, with opportunities to collaborate with Partners and fee earners across the wider network.
