The Residential Property team is highly regarded and supported by dedicated Conveyancing Assistants, allowing fee earners to focus on delivering a first-class client experience.
Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Advising on: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity Other residential property matters Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships Supporting networking and business development activities Sharing technical knowledge and contributing to team success Candidate Requirements We are keen to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years' PQE/equivalent experience in residential property.
Be confident managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently Possess strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing Have excellent client care and communication skills Demonstrate proven business development and networking abilities Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and professional contacts Be proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high standards Ideally have experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues This role would suit an ambitious lawyer looking to establish themselves as a key figure in the Bath property market while benefiting from the support and resources of a larger regional team.
