You'll work as part of a collaborative team of Employment Solicitors and HR Consultants, providing clients with joined-up advice that reflects both the legal position and the realities of running a business.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you'll advise a broad range of clients, including established regional businesses, growing companies, senior executives and directors across a variety of sectors.
The work is both varied and interesting, covering: Day-to-day employment law adviceWorkplace disputes and contentious mattersRestructures and organisational changeTUPE transfersExecutive appointments and exitsBusiness protection and restrictive covenant issuesHR and people-related challengesStrategic employment and risk management adviceAs part of a close-knit team, you'll enjoy direct client contact, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and direction of the practice. You'll also be encouraged to get involved in networking, marketing and business development activities to further develop your profile.
