Our client are a multi office thriving practice and you can expect to support both local and national clients on a diverse range of non-contentious matters within the Agricultural and Rural Property sector.
Working closely with leading Partners who are experts in their field, the successful candidate can expect to provide legal services to farmers, landowners, estates, and agri-businesses.
To be considered you will have demonstrated experience in handling property transactions in the agricultural space, including buying and selling farms, managing landed estates, dealing with agricultural secured lending, and overseeing land development projects. Experience in related areas such as renewable energy or agricultural tenancies would also be highly valued.
You will be a strong and confident communicator, able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
