A growing regional firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor or Associate to join its expanding Business Services team. You will advise employers and individuals across the full spectrum of employment law, manage tribunal litigation, draft employment contracts and policies, and deliver client training. The role also offers the chance to take an active lead in marketing and business development initiatives.
This position would suit someone with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and experience working within a busy employment practice. You'll join a supportive, collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional client service and offering clear opportunities for career progression.
