Leading law firm with offices in East Anglia and Essex seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Colchester office. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2+ PQE in property litigation who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, property management issues, and lease disputes.
- Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of property litigation processes and legislation.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documentation, and attend court hearings as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About you
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in property litigation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of managing your own caseload independently.
