Responsibilities
- Deal with commercial contracts, provide business law advice and support on data protection matters and intellectual property issues
- Deliver outsourced in-house legal service to a number of clients, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries
- Support senior lawyers with high value complex work
- Assist in managing client relationships
About you
- You will have experience in commercial contracts law, whether as a qualified lawyer or as a trainee.
- Strong client and interpersonal skills
