Leading opportunity for an Associate to join a Chambers & Partners Band 1 rated Banking team in Bristol.
The team is a well-established market leading practice with plans for further growth. They have strong relationships with all the UK\’s major clearing banks, as well as a number of credit funds and specialist lenders, and are fully integrated into the firms fast-growing national and international network.
Everyone is encouraged to build client relationships from the outset with a structured career path, goals and objectives at every level. You will be joining a successful firm with a collegiate and supportive culture.
The team has substantial experience handling the financing aspects of leveraged transactions and MBOs for both borrowers, supporting our market-leading private equity practice, and for our own lender clients. They also have market-leading experience in debt fund work and a leading reputation in the region for acquisition finance work. In addition to this, the team has considerable experience in corporate finance, real estate finance, project finance and advising fintech disruptors.
The team are seeking to bolster the team with solicitors who can demonstrate a broad range of experience across at least one of the areas mentioned above. This may have been gained since qualification or during training, but candidates must be able to show an in-depth level of understanding of Banking legal issues.
