Overview

New opportunity to join a leading \'Top 100\' law firm in their tier 1 banking and finance team in Cardiff. The firm is recruiting a Banking & Finance Solicitor to bolster the thriving team based in central Cardiff offices. The team is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and rated highly in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. The practice covers a wide range of sectors including sport, hospitality & leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and the public sector.

You will advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance, including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance, as well as renewable energy finance.

The ideal candidate will be NQ - 2 PQE, ideally gained at a similarly ranked firm. If you have experience in other areas of transactional law with a passion to specialise in banking and finance, please do still apply.
