This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team advising on high-quality transactions for an impressive client base.
The team handles a broad mix of banking and finance work, acting for both lenders and borrowers across a wide range of transactions, including: Acquisition financeReal estate financeCorporate lending and funding arrangementsPrivate equity-backed transactionsManagement buyoutsRefinancing and restructuring mattersClearing bank panel workComplex finance transactions from initial structuring through to completionAlongside managing transactions, you will work closely with clients and intermediaries, developing strong commercial relationships and gaining valuable exposure to business development initiatives and wider growth opportunities within the practice.
Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:4+ years' PQE in Banking & FinanceExperience advising on a range of lending and finance transactionsStrong technical and drafting abilitiesExcellent commercial awareness and client management skillsConfidence running matters and taking ownership of client relationshipsA proactive approach to networking and business developmentStrong communication skills and a collaborative working styleThis opportunity would suit an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer looking to develop their career within a highly respected national team while enjoying greater responsibility and client exposure.
