b Overview /b p In this role you will support a premier Corporate Acquisition Finance group within a leading international law firm. You will advise banks, sponsors, corporates and funds on a broad range of financing transactions, including cross-border matters and asset-backed or trade finance structures. Working with an international, collaborative team, you’ll handle complex financings, nurture client relationships and contribute to business development.
