Working Hours: Full-time

We are delighted to be working with a national business to recruit an Associate Supervising Solicitor to join a varied, high volume litigation department. In this role, you'll provide technical supervision to a team of five, primarily overseeing Small Claims and Fast Track matters. You'll also manage your own caseload of consumer and commercial contract disputes, assessing prospects, negotiating settlements, and litigating through the Civil Courts when required. Supporting Senior and Principal Associates and delivering exceptional client service will be central to your work.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with strong expertise in Contract Law and Civil Procedure, proven people management experience, and a background in Fast Track litigation. You'll be highly organised, assertive, customer focused, and confident in offering clear, empathetic legal advice. You’ll also be skilled at mentoring junior colleagues and identifying effective solutions to complex issues.
