b Overview /b p In this role, you operate as the senior fee earner in the Bristol residential property team, guiding a small conveyancing group and shaping the Bristol practice. You manage a varied caseload across freehold/leasehold transactions, lease extensions, refinancing and equity transfers, while mentoring junior staff. You will build key introducer relationships and contribute to business development.
