This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong lawyer to handle complex, high-value disputes while contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Key responsibilities include:Managing a caseload of complex professional negligence matters from inception to resolutionSupervising, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues to support team capabilityDelivering clear, commercially focused advice aligned to client and insurer objectivesDriving continuous improvement, supporting change initiatives, and enhancing team performanceThe successful candidate will provide accurate, timely, and empathetic advice across a varied caseload, including multi-track claims, while maintaining exceptional client care standards.
