A leading UK law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Agriculture & Estates team in Cardiff. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow transactional work within a nationally recognised practice, supported by a collaborative team across contentious and non-contentious matters.
The Role
- Advise on a broad range of agricultural and estates matters, including:
- Sales, purchases, and mortgages
- Estate management and agricultural tenancies
- Tax and succession planning
- Conservation and natural capital projects
- Biodiversity Net Gain agreements
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 4-8 years PQE
- Experience in agricultural law or broader property work
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Ambition, organisation, and a proactive mindset
