The Role
- Advising on construction disputes, adjudication, mediation and court proceedings
- Providing strategic advice as disputes arise
- Supporting non contentious construction matters where required
- Working with contractors, developers, landowners and consultants
- Assisting clients with contractual structures and risk management
- Managing your own caseload with close supervision from the Head of Team
- Delivering excellent client service within a collaborative team environment
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE or above)
- Litigation experience from training or post qualification
- Genuine interest in developing a construction specialism
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, motivated approach
- Commitment to excellent client service
- Enjoys working as part of a close knit, supportive team
- Previous construction experience is not essential - enthusiasm and litigation exposure are what matter most.
