Associate/Senior Associate – Residential Property – Swindon
A top 100 UK law firm is expanding its Residential Property team and is seeking a skilled lawyer to join their Swindon office. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established team during a period of growth, handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters from single-home purchases to complex property portfolios.
You\’ll take ownership of your own files, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. Working alongside experienced partners, you\’ll deliver pragmatic legal solutions and build strong client relationships. There\’s also scope to get involved in business development and raise your professional profile within the team and wider firm.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with around 3 years\’ PQE and a solid grounding in residential property law. You\’ll be commercially aware, confident in managing transactions independently, and enthusiastic about contributing to the team\’s continued success.
