Chadwick Nott is working with a leading national law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Private Wealth team. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established department advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees across the UK and internationally.
The Role
You\’ll be joining a collaborative and well-supported team delivering high-quality private client services. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on estate and asset protection planning
- Drafting tax-efficient wills and trusts
- Creating and advising on onshore trusts
- Managing probate and estate administration
- Advising on Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Supporting residence and domicile planning for international clients
- Supervising and mentoring junior legal staff
- Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures and firm-wide training
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor with:
- At least 6 years PQE in private client work
- STEP membership or working towards qualification (strongly preferred)
- Excellent technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
- Strong communication and file management abilities
- Commercial awareness and financial discipline as a fee earner
- A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring
- Solid academic background and commitment to service excellence
